Braemar Golf Club is always happy to welcome new members.

Our Club's purpose is to provide an enjoyable golfing experience for all abilities, with a warm welcome and good facilities. We take a flexible approach to memberships and have a category to suit your requirements.

Membership Categories -

Full Membership
Open to all adults, full members can play at any time, subject to tee time availability. Full Members with competition handicaps can take part in all club competitions as well as a number of inter-club matches. Full members can sign onup to 3 guests at just £15 per guest. All Full Members can also take advantage of the affiliation deal with Ballater for just £25 a season.

Flexible Membership
Open to all adults, the Flexible Membership Category allows ten rounds of golf per season. These can be used in competition rounds or socially with friends - the only restriction is that you will not be eligible for the Club Championships. As with Full Membership, you can sign on 3 guests for just £15 each. If all ten rounds are used then additional rounds can be purchased at the rate of £20.

Family Membership
Open to all families - two free junior memberships if parents are two Full Members.

Getting Started
This category of membership is intended for those looking to get into the game of golf. You can only hold this category of membership for a maximum of one year before upgrading to the Flexible or Full Category. Introductory members may play any time Monday to Friday (subject to tee time availability) No weekend play is available with this category of Membership. Introductory Members are entitled to sign on 3 guests.

Youth
Open to those individuals aged between 18 and 25 with five years continuous membership at the Club.

Junior
Open to all juniors aged 18 years and under.

Social
Social Members are entitled to discounts at the bar and use of the Clubhouse facilities and can sign in 3 guests.

Ballater Affiliation
Full Members of Braemar Golf Course can, for £25, become an Affilated Member of Ballater Golf Course, giving them Full Annual Access to their Golf Course & Clubhouse.

Reciprocal Deals
Full Members of Braemar golf Course are able to play at the following Golf Courses for £25 per round:
Banchory, Aboyne, Tarland, Torphins, Alyth, Alford, Inverallochy & Ballater.
